In the past, the role of the teacher was very simple; the teacher's task was to ensure that he or she taught the subject to the child and 'influenced' the child with his or her love and behaviour, and the child received a lot of love and care.

Nowadays, the role of the teacher is becoming more diverse, as the teacher's task is not only to ensure that the child learns, understands and applies the subject matter, but also to act as a 'professional manager', assisting the parents in 'disciplining' the child's behaviour, coordinating changes in the child's development and, more complexly, acting as a 'co-ordinator' between the parents and the child. "It is more complex to act as a 'co-ordinator' between parents and children, coordinating the relationship between parents and children, etc. The child receives a lot of instruction and negativity.

On the other hand, students of different age groups may encounter different emotional problems, and how staff can observe, identify and assist in de-escalating students' emotional problems in their daily interactions with them is also one of the important topics for schools.

In this sharing session, two experts in education and psychology will discuss how to manage the home-school relationship in a balanced manner, and how to identify and effectively manage emotional problems in early adolescence.
