As a British born Chinese he has a deep appreciation of corporate and tradition Sino cultures in the workplace, where many of his clients are Fortune 500 companies operating in south east Asia - being voted Asia’s #1 Leadership 2019 for Banking and Finance by a FTSE100 bank. Will is a Certified ICF PCC level coach with over 1000 coaching hours. He is a active practitioner of coach and business consulting with clients such as HSBC, Microsoft, KPMG as well as SME’s and start-ups in China. Will previously consulted in the role as the Executive Manager of the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong, and is often a keynote speaker and moderator of business and leadership forums.
