Coach Camp for Managers: Problem Solving

For many years and across leadership professionals Coaching is recognised as one of the most powerful and effective techniques used in management - with leadership expert Jack Welch, ex-CEO of GE quoting, "people who are coaches will be the norm, people who don't coach won't get promoted". In China coaching is being adopted more and more, however one does not need to invest all time and money into becoming a qualified coach to effectively manage their people & projects. Coach camp for Managers focuses uniquely on management problems by approaching them through tried and tested coaching techniques; each camp is carefully designed to focus on one technique to solve a management problem.

Be it a simple task or complex project, team members often come up against problems which they believe that they can not solve. In this camp, you will learn a coaching technique that systematically looks at each 'problem' through 6 lenses and helps to manage your team members ability to solve their problem.

This camp focuses on supporting your team member through solving problems:

• Understand the core principals of an effective coaching manager
• Identify through powerful questioning the challenges of your team member and their problem
• Learn and apply a coaching technique that focuses on 6 lenses to manage your team members ability to solve their problems
• Guided peer coaching, with reflection with reflection on outcome based resolutions
