Mr. Xie is a veteran with nearly 20 years of professional work experience in both China and the UK. He is the authority of the China real estate market research
and consulting sector. Prior to joining Savills, he was the China Head of Research at Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, leading and managing the research teams. Mr. Xie’s specialities are China real estate market research and development consultancy, database construction and financial modelling, real
estate market forecasting, retail trade- and brand-mixes strategies and consultancy, feasibility study and corporate real estate strategies and consultancy.
Mr. Xie graduated from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate. He is a member and an APC Assessor of the RICS and Visiting Professor of the Urban Planning and Design Department of Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
