As the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak continues to grow, organizations across the globe find themselves in various stages of the crisis management lifecycle, with companies in China experiencing by far the most severe immediate impact. Business operations in China have been hit to varying degrees by the spread of the virus and the special directives of the government to contain it. He is responsible for projects involving complex problems solving, risk management, compliance and ethics, and training. A member of the bar in New York, and fluent in Chinese, Michael has been working in China and throughout Asia since the 1980s. His international law practice covered compliance matters, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters and regulatory investigations, complex cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments and foreign direct investment, all involving full use of bilingual and bicultural skills.
