This workshop is designed for front line staff, such as sales people, who need to communicate effectively to clients and potential clients. It is designed to give you the tools you need to make your core message stick, and inspire the audience to take action. 

In this workshop, you will build up key micro-skills to improve overall effectiveness of your presenting. Under guidance, you will plan, design and deliver a mini-presentation, and receive feedback on its effectiveness, followed by an active review for lasting impact.

In this practical workshop you will learn:

·         Planning and preparing before using Powerpoint

·         Developing the core message

·         Using impactful opening techniques and powerful language

·         Creating a meaningful rapport with the audience

·         Dealing with questions and unexpected interruptions

·         Closing on a high note

The "Future Leaders Series" is a new program designed by the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong to support and up-skill business leaders to better lead and manage their teams.
