Lily Shen, a working mother leading an organisation of over 14,000 people here in Guangzhou at the heart of the GBA, has over 20 years at HSBC to draw from to lead her teams post-COVID.
Lily is the Centre Director for HSBC Global Service Centre in China an integral operations hub for the HSBC and Hang Seng business in Hong Kong and many parts of Asia Pacific. Living and leading through the pandemic has not been easy and leading in the current macro-climate presents new challenges, however with her extensive experience which spans front-to-back service delivery for retail and corporate, wholesale banking, along with customer-centric facing roles, how does she plan and executive her business and inspire people to keep going?
