Seminar Topic - "How does coaching in Europe and China work differently"

How can the Chinese leader and the western leader in China get the coaching of employees to work optimally. Many leaders see challenges in coaching employees to perform better, to improve on weak areas and to develop quicker. The experience in training, mentoring, coaching managers and leaders is giving good insights in how to optimize the coaching of employees and how to handle the cultural differences.
