Due to the pandemic, more people are now working on remote teams than before. While remote teams have certain advantages, they often face shared challenges for companies, regardless of size or industry. This workshop supports creating remote teams that do great work through a strong communication culture.
In this demo we'll explore how our work preferences, tendencies and priorities affect our remote work and communication. Participants will then learn how to:
