Our upbringing and cultural background can have a big impact on the way we work and what we expect from our colleagues. Even when we are aware of this, we often struggle to work effectively on global teams. Transforming knowledge of other cultures into effective teamwork and communication is the difference between a skilful and struggling global teammate.
In this demo we'll use Sino Associates own Cultural Style Indicator (CSI), a tool based on extensive research into the cultural style differences, to help participants improve global teamwork and communication in three areas:
1. How we socialize and build bonds of trust with others
2. How we make decisions and manage risk
3. How we approach thinking and expressing that thinking
