The British Chamber of Commerce South China (BritCham South China) is an membership based organisation in China, helping members with business development through events, networking, business referrals and privilege club.

Established in 1996, BritCham South China is one of the most active and influential Chambers in the GBA and has offices in Guangzhou, with the ability to serve our members across the GBA.

Our membership network is comprised of companies operating in a wide range of sectors and industries, including Education, Professional Services, Supply China, Healthcare and etc. Up to today, BritCham South China has over 150 members and is growing.

Since 2010, British Day has been one of the most anticipating annual events in Guangdong Province. British Day celebrates British culture, offering you a relaxing day with family and friends with fun activities, music, prizes and great food and drink. Locals and other nationalities are all welcome. This year, Guangzhou British Day will be held at Shangri-La Hotel on 20th November, and Shenzhen British Day will be held at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai on 27th November. This year's British Day, we'd love to provide a Britain vibe with elements of the whole UK - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, to let the guests enjoy a fun date with Britain in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. All of the event activities, decoration and games will be encouraged delivery around these regional elements.


The organiser will examine the booth application qualification and inform you of the registration status via email before 30 September. For companies that apply after 30 September, we will notify you via email before 22 October. The organiser reserves all rights for final explanation for the booth arrangement.

Notice :

1. Book spaces are limited; BritCham will approve the application according to their activities and produce/services. Members will have priority for booths;

2. A Standard Booth space will be 3x3m, with 1 tent, 1 table (table size: L1.45mXW0.4XH0.72m) and 2 chairs provided 

 

3. BritCham will NOT provide any decorations; booths must be designed and decorated by each company;


4. Maximum two booths can be booked by each company; F&B vendors are strongly recommended to take 2booths.


5. Sponsor booth is complimentary for sponsors only


6. Booth is not allowed to be transferred; otherwise, the Britcham reserves the right to take back without refund.


7. Deadline for booth application is Friday, 29th October.
