The British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong (BritCham) is an membership based organisation in China, helping members with business development through events, networking, introductions and referrals.
Established in 1996, BritCham is one of the most active and influential Chambers in the PRD and has offices in both Guangzhou and Shenzhen, with the ability to serve our members across the
PRD.

Our membership network is comprised of companies operating in a wide range of sectors and industries, including Education, Hospitality, Finance, Hi-tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare and etc. Up to today, BritCham has over 200 members and is growing.

Since 2010, British Day has been one of the most anticipating annual events in Guangdong Province. British Day celebrates British culture, offering you a relaxing day with family and friends with fun activities, music, prizes and great food and drink. Locals and other nationalities are all welcome. This year, Guangzhou British Day will be held at Favorview Palace on 7th November, and Shenzhen British Day will be held at Shekou International School on 21st November. Suitable for: Company whose British products are source from the UK; Company that is a licensed distributor for the British products. The above companies can only promote your submitted British products approved by BritCham Guangdong during the event.

*BritCham Guangdong staff will contact project key contact person via email or phone to confirm your license or authorisation certificate.


Notice :



1. A standard booth space will be 3 × 3m, with 1 tent, 1 table (table size: L1.8 m × W0.4 m × H0.72 m) and 2 chairs provided. BritCham Guangdong will NOT provide any decorations; booths must be designed and decorated by each company;

2. Maximum two booths can be booked by each company at one British Day; F&B vendors are strongly recommended to take 2 booths at a British Day.

 

3. Sponsor's booth is complimentary for sponsors only;


4. Spaces are limited; positions will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Members will have priority for booths;


5. Booth is not allowed to be transferred, otherwise, the BritCham Guangdong reserves the right to take back without refund. 


6. Deadline for booth application is Monday, 31st August.
