Stepping into a Leadership Position
This is a half-day workshop designed for staff who have recently taken on leadership or people management duties in their company or those staff on a leadership path. It will acquaint them with some of the key concepts and skills required.
- Participants will join a Zoom classroom and are encouraged to interact throughout the workshop, with both mic and video switched on.
