Cross Culture Negotiation
This is a half-day workshop is designed for staff who are required to reach negotiated deals or partnerships with international clients. This seminar will acquaint them with some of the key concepts and skills required.
Participants will join a Zoom classroom and are encouraged to interact throughout the workshop, with both mic and video switched on.
Business is full of situations where you need to convince others else to do something in your interests, whether it's your team, your partners or your overseas counterparts. An understanding of corporate and national cultures will inform both your strategy and your negotiating manner.
In this workshop the emphasis will be on using tools and skills to achieve a win-win situation by persuading others it is in their interest to do what you want them to do. You will be able to apply cross cultural awareness to achieve win-win solutions.
