Matthew Warr is a Legal Consultant at Zhong Lun Guangzhou Office. Matthew has a wealth of experience providing legal advice and services to international companies investing in or trading with China, and like Kent his expertise lies in the abovementioned areas. His clients mainly comprise companies from Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and South East Asia. Matthew is also a Board Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) South China, is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), and has lived in China for more than a decade.

Thomas Zhang is the Group IT Director at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in the Shenzhen office. Thomas has 18 years of experience in the IT industry and focuses on IT advisory, information security & compliance, cloud, internal process / procedure control, and other IT related fields.
Thomas is a member of ISACA and has held a CISA certificate for many years. He is also a member of ISC2 with CISSP and CCSP certificates. Besides recently obtaining DPO (Data Protection Officer) and CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certificates which are both focused on the privacy and compliance area, Thomas also holds various other IT professional qualifications including Microsoft 365 Security Administration, CCNP, MCSE, and MCDBA.
