Ivy Liang obtained her LL.M. of Common Law from the City University of Hong Kong and a LL.M. in Civil and Commercial Law from P.R.C. Southwest University of Political Science and Law respectively, and was a visiting scholar at Emory University, USA. This has enabled her to develop an in-depth understanding of both civil law and common law. She specialises in providing constructive and holistic strategic advice to domestic and international clients on IP management and IP rights protection, she has also provided comprehensive legal services including strategic analysis, parallel litigation and effective counter-attack in relation to IPR battles between domestic and foreign renowned companies and competitors across multiple jurisdictions.

Jane Cheng is a senior professional human resources executive who has rich HR management experience in foreign companies in China and overseas with multicultural business environment. She used to work in HR management position in Novartis China and Basel headquarters. She has also worked for Boston Scientific in China HR management position for quite some years in Shanghai and has received the Global HR award at Boston Scientific. She has also received China Staff HR awards issued by Hong Kong professional magazine named "China Staff", and HR Pioneer awards in Shanghai. Jane joined TTI in 2005, a global company with annual sales of U$13.2 billion, more than 51,000 employees worldwide and around 17,000 employees in all value chain functions, including R & D and manufacturing.
